No long list here, more like random thoughts. Simple is better and I will try to follow this format more often this year.
1 Eat Healthy. I really don't know why this is so difficult. Every choice at every meal needs to be for the long term. In a hectic business like ours this isn't always easy. When a choice is possible, I hope to make the right one more often.
2 Green living. I just downloaded the 3rd season of renovation nation. It is a great road map to the little things we can do that make a big difference. Again, choices when available need to be more long term.
3 Mental fitness. Education and blogging can provide me both and I want to allocate more time to both this coming year.
4 Physical fitness. Need to continue to find time to have diversified workouts. Keep it fun, fresh and flexible so I am more likely to log more time in this category. Follow the NFL motto and Play 60! 60 minutes per day.
5 Family. Increase quality and quantity by incorporating the above 4 goals with them when possible to increase the opportunities for success.
